JP Deburring Brushes was establised in the year 2012 and nowadays is renowned for its deburring brushes. We provide customized solution for deburring and surface preparation for various industries and are one of the leading supplier of customized De-burring brushes to various industries with the country and abroad. We work closely with our user customer, observe their process to understand challenges involve in the processes. We develop novel solutions to solve customers difficult deburring and surface finishing problems.
Our brushes are made of heat stabilized 612 nylon. The abrasive grits and nylon are co-extruded in to mono-filament to deliver a flexible homogenized structure that has approximately 30% abrasive by weight. The abrasive grits are exposed all over filament surface and behaves as a flexible file. We manufacture brushes in the following grades, namely silicon carbide, aluminium oxide, ceramic and diamond.
